PyroGenesis Canada Inc. (TSX:PYR, OTCQX:PYRGF) has announced its subsidiary has won payment following a legal settlement with Gas RNG Systems Inc.
Pyro Green-Gas Inc and certain related people will receive approximately C$1.5 million (US$1.1 million) as a result, PyroGenesis, which is developing and commercialising advanced plasma processes, said.
This follows the settlement of all ongoing proceedings with Gas RNG and related parties.
These related to cases filed in 2021 and 2022 involving Pyro Green-Gas, formerly known as AirScience Technologies Inc.
PyroGenesis added the two cases had been concluded on a no-fault basis, with all parties involved providing full and final release.
