Africa Oil Corp (TSX:AOI) has repurchased a total of 1,303,800 common shares via its share buyback program for the period of May 13 to May 17.
The repurchases were carried out on both the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and Nasdaq Stockholm.
Since the initiation of the buyback program on December 6, 2023, Africa Oil has repurchased a total of 15,850,632 common shares. The program permits the repurchase of up to 38,654,702 shares by December 5, 2024, with all repurchased shares set to be cancelled.
