Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Ltd (LSE:CORD) revealed its chairman and co-founder Steven Marshall purchased around £24,500 worth of company shares at an average of 66.4p each.
Following this purchase, the number of total shares owned by directors and the investment manager accounts for 1.45% of the entire issued capital, with Marshall's individual stake being worth around £5.8 million.
