Bens Creek Group PLC (AIM:BEN, OTC:BENCF) said it is considering its options, including appointing administrators, after receiving a redemption notice for $7.57 million of unsecured loan notes from lender ACAM LP. As such, the metallurgical coal company has asked for its shares to be suspended.
