Iofina's remuneration committee chair to retire

Dr William Bellamy, chair of Iofina PLC (AIM:IOF, OTC:IOFNF)'s remuneration committee, will retire at the company's annual meeting on June 13, investors were told. CEO Tom Becker said: "On behalf of everyone, I would like to thank Bill for his services to Iofina over the last ten years. His expertise and practical experience have played an important role in Iofina's evolution in becoming a significantly stronger company. We wish him well in his future endeavours and travels."
