Mediazest PLC (AIM:MDZ), the audio-visual systems provider, saw its market value jump by up to two-thirds on Monday after it revealed it was in talks with major brands over new deals.
Two major brands have already agreed to proof of concept tests and management expects a multiple instillation agreement to be signed in summer.
New potential clients supplement MediaZest’s ongoing business with its current customers, which include Lululemon, Pets at Home, Britvic and Castore.
MediaZest said it experienced a notable uptick in demand for its services and has already received an additional £350,000 in new orders, adding to its total recurring revenues.
Geoff Robertson, the group’s chief executive said: “In addition to the new business wins already achieved this year, we are currently in final negotiations on a number of projects which, if successful, will lead to significant contract confirmations before the year-end.”
During the first six months of the financial year, MediaZest said trading was in line with guidance, with underlying earnings improving year-on-year.
