Trident Royalties PLC (AIM:TRR, OTCQX:TDTRF) said chairman Al Gourlay has stepped down with immediate effect due to personal reasons.
Peter Bacchus, who is taking over as Chair said: "On behalf of the entire Trident team, I would like to extend my gratitude to Al for his significant contribution to the Company during his four-year tenure on the board.
“Al's experience, energy and enthusiasm for our business has been invaluable and I, along with the whole board, would like to wish him every success in his future endeavours."
