Aclara Resources Inc (TSX:ARA, OTC:ARAAF) said at its annual general meeting of shareholders on May 5, 2024, all matters put forward for consideration were approved by shareholders by the requisite number of votes.
The company said the matters included the election of directors and appointment of the auditor.
Aclara is a development-stage company focused on heavy rare earth mineral resources hosted in ion-adsorption clay deposits. Its projects include the Penco Module in the Bio-Bio Region of Chile and the Carina Module in the State of Goiás, Brazil.
