Special Opportunities REIT, a City-based real estate investment trust, is planning a £500 million initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange, according to a Telegraph report.
The REIT, which was incorporated in January, is planning to float in June, according to the report.
Founder of Primary Health Properties Harry Hyman and former Workspace chief Jamie Hopkins are leading the trust, with the intention to purchase a £275 million portfolio of sites covering student accommodation and budget hotels.
