Cruise operator Viking Holdings began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Wednesday at a per-share price of $26.47, marking a 10% increase to its $24 offer price.
The post-IPO surge implies an $11.4 billion valuation for the company in what was the largest US public offering so far in 2024.
Viking owns more than 90 vessels and generated $4.7 billion worth of revenues in the 2023 financial year.
The group’s shares are trading on the NYSE under the VIK ticker symbol.
