Genflow Biosciences PLC (LSE:GENF, OTCQB:GENFF), the developer of treatments for age-related diseases, said its shares will be temporarily suspended from Wednesday onwards due to the delayed publication of its annual report.
Auditing is taking longer than expected and along with other unforeseen circumstances, a short amount of time is required until it can be released and the share suspension lifted.
