Earnz PLC (AIM:EARN), the shell company seeking to acquire a business in the energy service sector, has appointed capital markets expert Linda Main as a senior director.
Main, who is a chartered accountant with experience at KPMG, has been appointed as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect.
In this new role, Main will be the chair of Earnz’s audit and remuneration committees.
She also worked on the AIM advisory board and early in her career worked on several of the Quoted Companies Alliance committees.
During her time leading KPMG’s capital markets advisory board, Main has helped advise all manners of listed companies from those IPOing to start-ups to FTSE 100 constituents.
Main also worked on the UK board at the accountancy giant, where she was chair of the risk committee and a member of the audit committee.
