G2 Energy Corp (CSE:GTOO, OTC:GTGEF) announced the resignation of John Costigan from its board to take on a new role in assisting the company with investor relations and corporate development activities.
The company said Costigan’s management services contract has been amended to reflect his new role and duties.
“We would like to thank John for stepping in as a director when needed and we look forward to working with him going forward,” G2 Energy CEO Slawek Smulewicz commented.
