Silver Range Resources Ltd (TSX-V:SNG, OTC:SLRRF). has arranged a non-brokered private placement for total proceeds of up to $300,000. The offering will consist of up to 3.75 million units at eight cents per unit. Pproceeds from the offering will be used by Silver Range as unallocated working capital and to finance exploration activities in the US.
