Bens Creek Group PLC (AIM:BEN, OTC:BENCF) said that a preliminary court hearing regarding its Chapter 11 process has been adjourned until May 8, upon request from its legal counsel.
Originally set to be held in West Virginia on Monday, the court was scheduled to hear about the US$14.5 million debtor-in-possession financing facility from Avani Resources.
