The company’s shares are trading on the exchange under the ticker symbol “AGRTF.” It will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker symbol “AGT.”
The company demonstrated that it meets high financial standards, follows best practice corporate governance, complies with United States securities laws, is current in its disclosure, and has a professional third-party sponsor introduction to be eligible to trade on the OTCQB, it highlighted.

“Most importantly, this will provide a large United States investor base with the opportunity to participate directly in Applied Graphite Technologies growth as well as enhance trading liquidity and increase outreach with the global investment community."
