Plurilock closes $5.5mln private placing

Plurilock Security Inc. (TSX-V:PLUR) has completed the issuance of 22.5 million shares at a price of $0.20. The private placing forms part of Plurilock’s business transformation plan and the reorganization of its capital structure.
