Baru Gold Corp. (TSX-V:BARU) announced that it completed the second and final tranche of its private placement, raising a total of $156,129 from both tranches.
The proceeds raised will be used for legal fees related to the processing of the upgrade of its Sangihe gold project in Indonesia to production operation status and working capital.
