Pantheon International gives monthly NAV update

Pantheon Infrastructure Plc' (LSE:PINT) monthly performance update today confirmed a net asset value (NAV) of 488.1p per share, a slight increase on the previous month.

Net assets stood at £2.3 billion, and the company noted a net portfolio cash outflow of £0.3 million.

Notably, PIP actively engaged in share buybacks, purchasing 1,720,609 shares at a substantial discount, further affirming its commitment to shareholder value.

During the period, PIP made a significant new investment, committing £20 million to the Altor Carbon Transition I fund, which focuses on the green transition and industrial decarbonisation in Europe.

It aligns with the company’s strategic focus on sustainable and responsible investments.

PIP confirmed strong liquidity of £13 million and noted its net debt to NAV ratio of 6.0%.
