C4X Discovery shares to cease AIM trading on April 25

C4X Discovery Holdings PLC (AIM:C4XD) has confirmed that trading of its shares on AIM will cease at the close of business on April 25 (today). The company will then re-register as a private entity under the name C4X Discovery Holdings Limited. As part of this transition, C4XD has partnered with Asset Match to facilitate off-market trading of its shares through periodic auctions, starting at 8 am on April 26.
