Regency Silver's Dios Padre drill results garner recognition in Mexico

Regency Silver Corp. (TSX-V:RSMX, OTCQB:RSMXF) said its Dios Padre project in Sonora, Mexico had some of the top drill results in the country for two quarters last year, as rated by Gambusino Prospector, an independent Mexican publication.

In the fourth quarter of 2023, a drill hole from the project found 54.65 meters of 5.34 g/t gold, including 7.36 g/t over 38 meters.

This result represents a nearly 65-meter step-out along strike to the southeast from the discovery hole, which returned 35.8 meters of 6.84 g/t gold, 0.88% copper, and 21.82 g/t silver.

Similarly, in the second quarter, Hole REG-23-14 intersected 35.9 meters of 5.51 g/t gold.

Regency’s head geologist Mike Tucker said: "We are delighted to be featured alongside some of the top high-grade projects and deposits in Mexico. To be able to demonstrate exceptional grade and width at Dios Padre in such an early exploration stage highlights the potential of this system.

“Drill results to date have continued to demonstrate what looks to be an emerging high grade, gold-copper-silver high-sulphidation portion of a porphyry system."
