Saturn Resources Ltd's acquisition of Shanta Gold Ltd (AIM:SHG, OTC:SAAGF), through a court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement, has received unconditional approvals from the Competition Authority of Kenya, the Tanzanian Fair Competition Commission, and the Tanzanian Mining Commission, along with the Cabinet Secretary for Mining in Kenya. Shanta plans to seek court sanction for the scheme on May 8, as the final step to complete the acquisition. The acquisition timeline remains as originally planned.
