Cloud DX (TSX-V:CDX, OTCQB:CDXFF) highlighted that recent contract renewals by Ontario paramedic services valued at $380,000 reflect high customer satisfaction with the company’s Connected Health remote patient monitoring products (RPM) and services.
On April 4, Cloud DX (TSX-V:CDX, OTCQB:CDXFF) renewed a year-long Master Deployment Agreement with an Ontario Country Paramedic Service.
Then, on April 18, it renewed a two-year Master Deployment Agreement with the Guelph Wellington – City of Guelph Paramedic Services.
"Contract renewals are a key sales metric for Cloud DX, and we are very pleased to be able to continue serving these very satisfied clients,” Cloud DX CEO and founder Robert Kaul said in a statement.
“Cloud DX has the distinction of announcing agreements with Community Paramedic Services in 10 Ontario counties and to date, at each opportunity our Master Service Agreements have been renewed and extended. That makes the Community Paramedicine for Long-Term Care Program, in aggregate, one of our largest customers."
In Ontario, Community Paramedic Services offer Cloud DX Connected Health RPM services to seniors who could benefit from the daily monitoring of their vital signs, physical symptoms and often chronic conditions such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and congestive heart failure.
Using the Cloud DX app, patients and paramedics can interact, empowering patients to manage their own care with the close oversight of healthcare professionals.
"Guelph Wellington Paramedic Service greatly values the ongoing partnership we have with Cloud DX, specifically through our Community Paramedicine program, and the healthcare benefits remote monitoring provides,” Guelph Community Paramedicine field superintendent Emily Copper said.
“Remote monitoring allows our Community Paramedicine team to catch and prevent health exacerbations and alert the client's circle of care to better support them to stay well, in their home.”
In the year to date, Cloud DX has announced 24 new contracts or contract renewals, valued at $5.1 million.
This includes new contracts with Ontario Paramedics, Ottawa University Research Institute, VHA Home Healthcare and Health PEI.
