Arecor Therapeutics PLC (AIM:AREC) said Susan Lowther is stepping down from her roles as chief financial officer, company secretary, and board director effective July 22 to pursue new opportunities.
The search for her successor is underway.
Arecor chief executive Sarah Howell said: "On behalf of the board and all at Arecor, I want to thank Susan for her contributions over the past five years, in our transition to a public company and growth as a business. We wish her every success in her future plans."
