4GLOBAL PLC (AIM:4GBL) has announced changes to its board as the small-cap data and sport-tech firm, adding the expertise and experience of Eric Haller.
Haller, formerly a senior executive at Experian (LSE:EXPN) Datalabs, is joining the company as independent non-executive director. Prior to his role at Datalabs, in San Diego, he was a co-founder of ID Analytics which was sold in 2012 for $185 million and he was Chief Marketing Officer at HNC Software which was sold in 2002 for US$800 million.

“Eric brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to 4GLOBAL on how to maximise the commercial value of data and the development of incredible commercially successful data products that has enabled the companies he has managed to maximise their potential and growth.”

He joins the company as Alexandra Orlando is stepping down from her board position, to concentrate on her responsibilities as vice-president of 4Global’s North American operations.
