Endeavour Mining PLC (LSE:EDV, TSX:EDV, OTCQX:EDVMF) has appointed John Munro, the mining industry veteran, as a non-executive director, subject to shareholder approval at the group's AGM in May.
Should Munro be approved, he will chair the technical, health and safety committee and join the remuneration committee. He will replace non-exec director Tertius Zongo, who will not seek re-election.
