Technology Minerals shares leapt almost 40% higher in early trades as it announced the sale of its lithium exploration project in Leinster, Ireland.
European Lithium is acquiring the project with payment to be made through US$10 million worth of shares in Nasdaq-listed Critical Minerals.
At the close on Friday, Critical Metals had a market cap of US$660 million.
Technology Minerals' news recently has been about the expansion of its UK battery recycling operation.
After the early surge, shares settled down to a rise of around 18% at 0.8p.
