European Metals Holdings has proposed Merrill Gray as a non-executive director to the Board, effective 18 April.
Gray holds Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Science degrees, as well as an MBA, and is a fellow of The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Australian Institute of Engineering.
