Windward Ltd (AIM:WNWD) has appointed Claire Perry O'Neill as a non-executive director, subject to approval by shareholders at the AGM on 20 May.
O'Neill will replace Shereen El Zarkani who will step down from the board immediately following the conclusion of the AGM.
