With most acquisition agreements signed, the company is nearing the final stages of this critical project, about 570 kilometres north of Cape Town in the Northern Cape Province. Orion has made significant progress having signed acquisition agreements with all parties involved, except the Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa Ltd (IDC), which is finalising its internal approvals.
