Incoming Strickland Metals Ltd (ASX:STK) CEO Paul L’Herpiniere joins Jonathan Jackson in the Proactive studio to discuss the acquisition of the Rogozna Gold Project in Serbia. Located in the Tethyan Metallogenic Belt, Rogozna boasts a JORC-compliant inferred resource of 5.44 million ounces of gold equivalent, comprising 2.96 million ounces of gold, 214,000 tonnes of copper and 364,000 tonnes of zinc.
This acquisition, valued at approximately A$37 million, will be primarily facilitated through the issuance of Strickland scrip, subject to an 18-month escrow period. The project not only enhances Strickland’s asset portfolio but also aligns with its ongoing efforts at the Yandal Gold Project in Australia, where drilling recently recommenced.
