Xalles Holdings (OTC:XALL) has signed a license agreement to use the patented intellectual property of Alpha Modus Corp in connection with CashX’s promotional, advertising, and operational functions.
The IP license agreement exclusively covers CashX’s operation of self-service kiosks located in retail food, drug and convenience stores to serve unbanked and underbanked consumers.
Alpha Modus says its core focus is on artificial intelligence in retail, engaging in creating, developing and licensing data-driven technologies to enhance consumers’ in-store digital experience at the point of decision.
CashXAI, a subsidiary of Xalles, provides a platform for the underbanked to access financial services without traditional bank accounts or credit history.
Users can convert cash into digital currency and conduct various transactions, including bill payments, online shopping, money transfers, and cryptocurrency purchases via the CashXAI mobile app.
The platform's network of retailers ensures accessibility in local neighborhoods, offering immediate access to funds without waiting periods or background checks.
