Bango PLC (AIM:BGO, OTCQX:BGOPF) non-exec Frank Bury has bought 42,000 shares in the payments group at 122.65p each or a total cost of around £51,500.
Following this share purchase, Bury has a total direct and indirect beneficial interest in 519,250 shares, equivalent to 0.68% of the shares in issue.
