Faron Pharmaceuticals Limited (AIM:FARN) said its former chief financial officer, Yrjö Wichmann, has returned to the role effective Monday (April 15), replacing James O'Brien, who is leaving to "pursue another career opportunity".
Wichmann served as Faron's CFO between 2014 and 2019. He has taken the role on an interim basis until a permanent replacement for O'Brien can be found.
"On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Jim for his service to Faron," said chief executive Dr Markku Jalkanen.
"His contributions, during very challenging market conditions, have been considerable and very much appreciated, and we wish him all the best in his next role."
