Team Internet Group PLC (AIM:TIG, OTCQX:TIGXF) hailed the start of trading in its shares on the OTCQX Best Market, the premier tier of OTC Markets' 12,000-plus global securities.
Trading on OTCQX, which will be under the symbol 'TIGXF', will "significantly enhance" its visibility and accessibility in the world's largest capital market, the company said.
It said the US has traditionally been its most significant market, with its industry "generally well understood" by US investors.
Recent months have seen several meetings with US investors, it added.
Team Internet shares are now available to US investors during US trading hours and priced in US dollars, simplifying the process of investing in the company for US investors.
Team Internet's ordinary shares will continue to trade on AIM under the symbol "TIG".
