IQGeo introduces partner program for telecom and utility sectors

IQGeo Group PLC (AIM:IQG), the geospatial software specialist, has introduced two new partner programs aimed at enhancing its ecosystem for the telecom and utility sectors.

The Certified Design Partner and the Certified Automated Planning & Design Partner program, are intended to streamline the training and certification process for fiber design and engineering companies.

These initiatives are expected to significantly contribute to the fiber network expansion efforts of IQGeo’s broadband industry clientele, the company highlighted.

The Certified Design Partner program is set to provide access to IQGeo’s Network Manager Telecom software, coupled with comprehensive onboarding, annual refresher training, technical support, and marketing promotions.

It aims to foster a closer collaboration between broadband companies and their fiber planning contractors, leveraging cloud, mobility, and security architecture to enhance design speed and contractor payment schedules.

Similarly, the Certified Automated Planning & Design Partner program aims to equip partners with the Comsof Fiber automated planning and design software.

It targets fiber engineering firms involved in larger FTTH deployments, promising up to a 90% reduction in design times and a potential 10% cut in construction costs through improved design consistency and optimization.

“IQGeo has a rapidly growing broadband customer base across the globe and many of them outsource fiber network planning and design work to 3rd party service providers,” IQGeo senior vice president Jay Cadman said in a statement.

“We launched these two new design partner programs as a direct response to market demand.”

Cadman added: “Our customers want the option to work with fully certified partners that are skilled in our software, and the engineering community has been asking for a cost-effective and fully supported program to differentiate their design services.

“As our market share continues to grow, we are constantly expanding our ecosystem to provide our customers and partners with complete solutions to plan, build, sell, and operate their networks.”
