Crossword Cybersecurity PLC (AIM:CCS) said its cybersecurity monitoring service Nightingale performed well in the first quarter after expanding into the Caribbean.
Nightingale's local partner in the region had added customers in the telecom, insurance, automotive and oil & gas sectors and has been appointed as a preferred security provider for several of these organisations.
One new contract includes providing incident response and cyber security monitoring services to a national infrastructure provider that recently suffered a major cyber-attack.
Stuart Jubb, managing director at Crossword, said: “The Caribbean is becoming increasingly targeted by global threat actors and our Nightingale service is exceptionally well placed to provide a fully managed and tailored solution to help organisations protect against these growing threats."
Nightingale is also used in European markets, Jubb added and is fully aligned with the US government’s National Institute of Standard and Technology CSF 2.0 framework to help with enhanced audit and compliance needs.
