Shanta Gold Ltd (AIM:SHG, OTC:SAAGF) said shareholders have approved its takeover by Saturn Resources.
Voting Scheme Shareholders representing 75%. or more of the voting rights voted in favour of the resolution to approve the Scheme at the Court Meeting, said a statement from the gold miner.
