Silver North Resources (TSX-V:SNAG, OTCQB:TARSF) said it has increased its previously announced fully subscribed private placement from C$500,000 to C$650,000, issuing 6.5 units for C$0.10 each.
The silver-focused mining company said that each unit will consist of a common share and a non-transferable share purchase warrant entitling the holder to buy an additional share for C$0.20 for three years.
Finder’s fees of 7% in cash will be paid to eligible parties.
It anticipates the financing will close on or around April 10.
Silver North’s primary assets are its 100% owned Haldane silver project and Tim silver project in Yukon.
