Trust Stamp joins United Nations Global Compact

T Stamp Inc (NASDAQ:IDAI, EURONEXT:AIID) (dba Trust Stamp) has earned recognition as a full participant in the United Nations Global Compact.

The company, which has team members hailing from 22 nationalities across four continents, aims to accelerate societal and financial inclusion through innovative AI-powered technologies.

The United Nations Global Compact is a voluntary initiative that encourages businesses and organizations worldwide to adopt sustainable and socially responsible policies and to report on their implementation.

Launched in 2000, it is the largest corporate sustainability initiative in the world, with participants including businesses, NGOs, and other stakeholders from over 160 countries.

The Global Compact's Ten Principles are based on universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption, and it serves as a framework for companies to align their operations and strategies with broader societal goals, particularly the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

By joining the Global Compact, organizations commit to upholding these principles and to contributing to the advancement of sustainable development.

“By prioritizing ethical data practices and taking a thoughtful approach to leveraging AI-powered technology we are dedicated to responsibly navigating the complex landscape of sustainable development,” Jonathan Patscheider, vice president of Trust Stamp said in a statement.

“With this approach we believe that we can serve as a beacon of possibility in the use of AI to harmonize efficiency with ethics, transparency and sustainable development always upholding the fundamental values of humanity, neutrality, and impartiality that must underpin all ethical progress.”
