Arizona Gold & Silver Inc (TSX-V:AZS) said its previously announced non-brokered private placement has been increased to 5,841,797 units from 3,333,333 units of the company at C$0.30 with total proceeds of C$1,748,489.21.
The gold-silver explorer said proceeds from the fundraising will be used for project exploration and general working capital purposes.
