Zephyr Energy PLC has unveiled the appointments of three new members to its senior management team.
Andy Lee has been appointed US chief financial officer, the oil and gas firm said on Thursday, alongside Heather Hatfield as chief accounting officer, while Ryan Walter gained promotion to vice president of operations.
“We are delighted to bolster our team with these three high calibre appointments,” chief executive Colin Harrington commented.
“Andy, Heather and Ryan bring significant energy and operations expertise to our Denver-based team, and we look forward to their contributions as we embark on the next phase of intense corporate activity and growth.”
Lee has worked in the industry for over 25 years, Zephyr said, having been an engineer at ExxonMobil to later serving as chief financial officer and president of Cat Canyon Resources.
Hatfield worked at Cat Canyon too, as chief accounting officer, having previously held roles at Venoco and Elk Petroleum during a 23-year career.
Walter joined the firm as operations manager in early 2023, having previously worked in several roles at Whiting Petroleum (NYSE:WLL) in the Rocky Mountain region, where Zephyr operates.
