Baru Gold Corp. (TSX-V:BARU) has issued a correction to a release from earlier this month, stating that the correct aggregate amount being raised in a non-brokered private placement is from 7,500,000 units at $0.02 per unit, creating proceeds of $150,000.
Each unit will be made up of one common share and one non-transferable common share purchase warrant, executable over two years at $0.05.
