Xalles Holdings (OTC:XALL) subsidiary CashXAI announced it is expanding its product offering through a new strategic partnership with virtual gift card innovator Fluid Tech.
The company said that CashX, which offers banking solutions to those without traditional bank accounts, is being integrated with Fluid Tech’s virtual gift card system and extensive advertising network to bring new services to customers and merchants.
CashX users will be able to purchase and send Fluid Tech V-Cards, virtual gift cards that can redeemed with a range of nationally recognized brands.
Notably, the partnership will bring a major advertising platform to the CashX ecosystem featuring content from well-known companies such as P&G, Pepsi and Coke, which is set to open up new revenue streams for companies and merchants.
"We're excited to add these high-demand products to our product suite,” CashXAI CEO Stephen Combe said.
“Our customers are all mobile banked, so creating virtual gift cards is a great way to send a loved one something personal - and more importantly, useful. The extensive catalog from Fluid brings a great menu of potential gifts."
Fluid Tech CEO Jonathan Lee emphasized that the partnership represented a pivotal moment for both companies and the broader financial services sector.
“By combining our innovative virtual gift card technology with CashX's exceptional reach among the underbanked, we are not just enhancing the consumer experience but also making a tangible difference in people’s lives,” Lee said.
“It’s a testament to how technology can bridge gaps in the market and create opportunities for inclusion and connection."
The partnership will also support cause marketing with a percentage of the V-Card proceeds being donated to charity, the company said.
CashXAI, through its mobile app, facilitates banking transactions such as bill payments and money transfers for the underbanked, those without traditional bank accounts or a credit history.
