Africa Oil Corp (TSX:AOI) announced that it repurchased 1,213,100 of its common shares between March 18 and 22, 2024 under its share buyback program.
It repurchased 388,100 shares on the TSX and alternative Canadian trading systems, with the purchases carried out by Scotia Capital on behalf of the company.
Pareto Securities, on behalf of Africa Oil, repurchased 825,000 shares on the Nasdaq Stockholm.
Between December 6, 2023, and March 22, 2024, Africa Oil has repurchased 6,943,972 of its common shares. All repurchased shares will be cancelled.
