ARway.ai (CSE:ARWY, OTCQB:ARWYF) CEO Evan Gappelberg joins Proactive's Stephen Gunnion with news the AI-powered augmented reality navigation platform has entered a partnership with Albanian home improvement retailer Megatek to pilot its technology in its flagship store.
Gappelberg said the collaboration is indicative of ARway's strategic global expansion, showcasing the adoption of its technology in various regions, including Albania, Korea, North America, and the EU.
The pilot in Megatek's over 300,000 square foot store aims to enhance the shopping experience by facilitating easier navigation to specific departments and items, whilst also providing advertising opportunities. Success in this pilot could lead to further implementations across Europe.
This initiative aligns with ARway.ai's strategy of broadening its footprint by forming partnerships with local businesses, highlighted by a recent deal with Turkish company EWROS to license AR navigation technology. ARway.ai is committed to continuous development and enhancement of its technology, with ambitions to become ubiquitous in malls, airports, hotels, and museums globally.
