Pantheon International PLC (LSE:PIN) today disclosed its monthly performance review and net asset value (NAV) for February.
The investment trust reported an unaudited net asset value (NAV) per share of 483.9p, a 1.9% increase from the previous month's figures. NAV was reported at £2.3 billion and it said it saw net portfolio cash flow of £7.7 million.
PIP said it had a valuation gain of 1.4%, supported by contributions from investment income and foreign exchange movements.
It continued a programme to buy back its shares, investing £7 million in the period (buying a total of 2.23 million shares at a weighted average price of 314p).
Over a nine-month period to the end of February, the company noted a 4.7% improvement in NAV per share.
PIP’s portfolio had a net cash flow of £33.2 million and the group noted that it had committed £51.2 million to seven new investments during the period.
The investment company retains a five-year £500 million revolving credit facility, of which £25 million was drawn down as of the end of February 2024.
