Trident Royalties PLC (AIM:TRR, OTCQX:TDTRF) notified the market that directors Albert Gourley and Richard Hughes have increased their shareholdings in the company.
Gourley, non-executive chair, bought 115,875 new shares in the market at a price of 34p. His holding subsequently amounts to 8 million shares, equating to 2.73% of the company’s voting rights.
Chief financial officer Richard Hughes meanwhile bought 50,000 shares at 34.2p, taking his holding to one million shares representing 0.34% of the company.
