Azure Minerals Ltd (ASX:AZS, OTC:AZRMF) has unearthed an abundance of broad, lithium-rich drill intersections at the Target Area 3 (TA3) zone of the Andover Lithium Project in Western Australia, confirming the presence of a sizable lithium deposit at the target.
The latest drilling program produced results of up to 102.5 metres at 1% lithium oxide (Li2O) from 393.5 metres of depth and 41.2 metres at 1.55% from 207.6 metres.
These particularly broad and high-grade results extended the strike length of pegmatite AP0004 to more than 2,100 metres with an 800-metre depth, and AP0002 to 1,500 metres with a 400-metre depth.
Full assay results
Both pegmatites remain open at depth and along strike to the northeast and southwest, meaning they hold more potential for further exploration to uncover.

AP0004:
- 102.5 metres at 1.00% Li2O from 393.5 metres;
- 88.4 metres at 1.53% from 38 metres;
- 62.5 metres at 1.53% from 268.5 metres;
- 58.1 metres at 1.21% from 250.4 metres;
- 51.8 metres at 1.07% from 120 metres;
- 47.7 metres at 1.46% from 96 metres;
- 41.7 metres at 1.37% from 128.3 metres;
- 41.2 metres at 1.55% from 207.6 metres;
- 35.4 metres at 1.41% from 175.9 metres;
- 34.7 metres at 1.52% from 212.7 metres;
- 34.4 metres at 1.41% from 66.6 metres;
- 33.7 metres at 1.23% from 131.3 metres; and,
- 33.6 metres at 1.24% from 138.8 metres.
AP0002:
- 47.1 metres at 1.27% Li2O from 286.4 metres;
- 44.0 metres at 1.11% from 140 metres;
- 40.2 metres at 1.29% from 243.8 metres;
- 39.3 metres at 1.18% from 66.4 metres; and
- 34.7 metres at 1.43% from 237 metres.
Eight diamond drilling rigs are active at the TA3 system at Andover, actively working to extend it further.
