Dispensa Group PLC (LSE:DISP) shareholders have unanimously agreed to delist the company's ordinary shares from the Financial Conduct Authority's Official List and the London Stock Exchange's Main Market.
Following the 16 February delisting announcement, trading will end on 18 March, with delisting effective from the day after.
